New Jersey’s Division of Gaming Enforcement reported that revenues from online casino, poker and other gaming offers increase during the month of July 2014.Actually the results only concern legit e-gambling platforms, those that are approved by the state and its regulatory authorities. Indeed, total revenue generated by New Jersey e-gambling sites is valued at $10 million in July, an upward trend compared to June’s $ 9.5 million.
This increasing path on online gambling revenues is mainly triggered by massive gains in casino side. Interestingly the largest share goes to Borgata, operating online poker and casino sites in partnership with PartyPoker NJ. It generated a turnover of $ 3.18 million in value in July. Tropicana’s casinos operated and managed by Virgin Inc, for its part, recorded $ 1.96 million of sales. On the poker side, revenue is expected to increase for the months to come, especially with the possible comeback of PokerStars in New Jersey.
